They are the worst agency ever, they are just rude and unprofessional. I first rented my flat with them, I had some issues in the flat I complaint to the letting agent and she was just so rude. I ask the director details to complain and she said it was her father and won't pass to me his details. I was lucky enough to escape from them as the management of my flat was transferred to another agency (probably due to their complete incompetence, I guess they are some consequences at the end by having bad business practices) but unfortunately the building Bluecoat House is still manage by this awful agency. They don't fix anything, the lift keeps being broken, the front door does not lock, the parking gates were left open for 3 weeks, I have frequently water and electricity cuts and none of this is actually being fixed since it keeps happening. The management was supposed to be transferred to another company but it didn't happen as premier city lets is desperate for money (after they lost all their flat management) to point they are trying to rent their own office space. My building is not only one with problems I have read in the Nottingham Post that in the Litmus Building they also have broken lifts and can't use their swimming pool (http://www.nottinghampost.com/Management-luxury-apartments-just-good-residents/story-25877004-detail/story.html). My advice is don't rent with them and don't rent in block of flats managed by them.

This is probably the worst experience i have had in 3 years living in Nottingham. Being an international student from India i expected things to be a lot more organised in England and I have been highly let down by these thieves. We were made to pay for our contract from July when we specifically told them that we would move in September and they made us pay 1.5 months rent extra. The dryer was not working since day 1 and was never fixed. I was in my final year of university and was going through my finals in June and they suddenly asked me to move out at the end of May. I tried to talk to them a lot of times and requested to extend for another month or even 10 days until my final exams finish but they simply didn't care and I had to look for another home and pack/unpack all my stuff in the middle of my finals ( THIS IS A LOT OF STUFF CONSIDERING I AM AN INTERNATIONAL STUDENT). They were yet not done as they didnt give me back a single penny out of my £1575 deposit and kept all of it (to pay for maintenance and cleaning) which is just a big joke. My friends in the same building also have had the same experience with these agents not giving them back any of their deposit so i guess this is routine for them. After moving out, I realized I had left a file (considering i had to move between my exams and had to do the whole packing, i might have missed it somehow) with a lot of my personal important files in it that are very very important for me and i requested them to let me just go to the apartment once and get the file but they didnt allow. I asked them to even send someone to escort me to the apartment but they just dont listen. I have never seen such a rude staff, especially the manager who swears everyone off. They are highly unprofessional and I do not believe they scam so many people and rip them off taking their advantage. At the end of everything i atleast expected them to have some courtesy and that they will let me have access to my files i left in the apartment that I have lived in for over a year.

I strongly advise against dealing with this agency. I found them to be disorganised and unprofessional on every level. After taking my deposit, I was subsequently told that the flat in question was no longer available. I received no receipt for my deposit and no paperwork or email confirmation of the tenancy was ever received. I was then asked to make a further payment without any clarification of what this was for. Customer service is poor - the staff appear ill-informed and the manager is one of the rudest and most obstructive people I have ever had dealings with.

Wouldn't go near them. They promise you a good flat then change it the day before you're meant to move in to a tiny ill-equiped one. They also keep the fee you payed to retain the 'good property'. They charge you for late rent even if you pay within the 48 hour 'no charge period' stated on the reminder. The flat was filthy with loads of issues, it still hasn't had any of the maintainance issues fixed.

Deposit? More like a gift.. they took just under 2000 pounds from me as a deposit for a flat that needed nothing more than a clean and maybe a fresh coat of paint. I am absolutely disgusted with their attitude. They are rude, unprofessional, they do NOT use DPS (deposit protection service) which since 2007 has become the law for ANY short-hold letting agency. When i rang to dispute the 2000 pounds being STOLEN from me they simple swore down the phone and hung up on me. I can now not afford to return to university to complete a Masters as the money they took was needed to pay towards my tuition. They have ruined my future career! This is not how to conduct business. And I hope to only help others in the future and make sure you DO NOT USE LMP CITY LETS EVER AGAIN. THEY ARE CROOKS AND BULLIES!

The people at LMP are horrible. They are out to scam everyone. The apartment I got came without the basic appliances promised when I signed the contract. When I decided to buy the appliance myself (a dryer) I was threatened with eviction. Further the apartment itself was in a disgusting state. It hadn't been cleaned at all, the smell of cigarette smoke everywhere and everything covered in filth! They expect you to handover the property completely sterilised at the end of your tenancy or they slap you with a fine of £250! They made me sign a contract for a longer period than I wanted saying I could leave at anytime. When I wanted to vacate they told me to pay for the entire year or else go to court! When one of the appliances in the flat malfunctioned and flooded the living room I was told that I would be liable for any damage to their property. The appliance had been misused by the previous tenant and hadn't been fixed yet! They keep on late payment charges to your bill claiming they sent you reminders when they don't! If you speak to someone at their office they are extremely rude and come across as they're doing you a favour by letting a property to you! There is zero internal communication between the staff at the office and takes weeks to get simple issues fixed. These are the same people who are very polite till you sign the contract. SAVE YOUR MONEY, TIME AND DIGNITY AND GO TO ANY OTHER LETTINGS AGENCY!

Problems started earlier than day one of our tenancy! We were promised things to have in our flat, which were not given to us. We were told that BT line was activated, which was not so I had to pay the whole fee. We entered the house in day one and kichen, bathroom livng room were heavily dirty with dust from workers building things inside!! The kitchen table and chairs were not assembled either. The development which was new had wrong wiring in telephone cable (called BT engineers to inspect the line physically), wrong wiring in the electrical heatier in the bathroom too . The "new" spotlights of living room (we were the first to enter this property) all went off within a month. Their lifetime is about 6months, which means they have been used before. I got myself locked in the house(!!) because of severe locker failure in the main door!! Guess what- none of the heaters worked either. We had to call AGAIN engineers to come down and fix it. The only thing we got from them was a "We are really sorry for the inconvenience".Nothing worked. Very unreliable, extremely bad customer service. After having spent 4 months in the flat and having everything fixed from the beginning, they asked as to move out of their property as it was going on sell. They even asked 10 pounds administration fee to give me a reference letter for my next landlord!! I told them the issue was not the money but that the least they could do was as symbolic gesture not charge me after all the things we had been trough. They replied in ironic tone that if there is no issue I just had to pay the 10 pounds. Finally I moved to the new house without having to get any reference from them, just by using my bank statements. I would be happy to pay them even 50 queed however, if they had provided a letter to my new landlord saying how unprofessional and cheeky they had been throughout my tenancy period. They did the check out and the inspection 10 days after moving out of the flat, because the agent could bot come down to Bristol from Nottingham. The repayment of the deposit was delayed. I cheased them with mails, phones, voicemails to contact DPS. They did so with 8 days of delay. Completely unprofessional, cheeky, bad customer service, a real mess!! I do not know if it's too late to give law a call for not sticking to the contract. I have photographic proof I could use too. Stay away from them!! JUST COULD NOT BE ANY WORSE!!

Don't trust these guys at LMP. They are liars about every thing. They promise that they will refund money for your activation charge of BT line but when I paid that, they said that they had paid it for the previuos tenat, who unfortunately did not pay the landline so the line got disconnected. Therefore, They would not pay for my activation charge. From my knowledge, BT said that no line was activated at this address. I wish they don't have as many as properties like they have so no one will never use them. Stay away from them if you can

Don't use these guys! They are the worst letting agents in Nottingham! They promise you that things will be done in your apartment, as soon as they get your money then they just forget about you! Don't be stung by these guys, use someone else instead.
