hotel was basic but clean although the windows needed a good clean as you couldnt barely see thru them, alec was rude, snappy and went through our rooms whilst we were out. he promised things and didnt stand to them and everything sempt too much trouble to him, will not be staying in this hotel again while ever this man is in charge!

i booked a trip on the trent river lady on dec 5th, this is the 2nd time we have been on this trip and we were just as pleased with it as the first time, the staff are very friendly and helpfull, the boat itself is pleasant and the entertaint was good. i would recommend this trip to anyone who wants a change from the normal girlie night out, its well worth the money and lots of fun from start to finish thankyou!
