Personal service , excellent work , very fair charges & you are definitely made to feel that you are a valued customer - as opposed to the large impersonal dealerships . • Excellent service, polite and good advice

  Booked my BMW325D in for a brake fluid change which was performed quickly and efficiently. I had a list of questions which were professionally answered and my mind set at ease. I plan to return for a few tweaks I wish doing, and will return again for my next service.

• Fantastic service and very friendly

  Having used this garage for the first time I have been overwhelmed by the level of customer service. Very friendly and an excellent job done to repair a broken anti-roll bar on my 730d. Also checked whole car over, including diagnostics and advised me on any current issues that need attention. Even dropped me home. Having used other Nottingham based BMW specialists, I am now certain Motor Master is the best! I will definitely use Motor Master for all my BMW needs in the future. Brilliant!

• Excellent no fuss service

  £25 Diagnostic check on abs showed ecu fault Purchased new ecu and took it to be fitted. The £25 was deducted from the labour. Was told of other issues with car which was most appreaciated. Highly recommend

• Superb, puts the main BMW dealer to shame

  Absolutely excellent service. I took my BMW 3 Series into Motor Master for a 30k mile service. The level of professionalism shown was of a much higher standard than I've experienced at main dealers. It not only included a full dealer diagnostic check, but also a valet including the engine being professionally cleaned! All the work carried out was detailed, and any issues identified were clearly explained, and it was around half the cost of a main dealer. Suffice to say I'm more than happy to recommend Motor Master to anyone.

• Excellent Service and pricing!

  The service from Motor Master was excellent. I had a number of issues with my 320d and motor master put my mind at rest, by performing full dealer level diagnostics and spending time with me to go through all the findings whilst I was there - I dont think you would get this kind of one to one service with a main dealer! I then had all the problems fixed in a professional and timely manner and best of all - at a fraction of the cost of the main dealer! Would recommend Motor Master everytime!

  I cannot praise Motor Master's highly enough. They may not have the salubrious surroundings of the usual BMW dealers, but their service is quite superb. They serviced my car for a fraction of the price from a dealer, gave it a full valet as well as dropping me off at work and picking me up as well! They were very professional and polite as well. I would highly recommend to anyone
