• Beware!!!!

  Beware of this company I purchased a door frame plus side panels and I have had problems from the start. The delivery turned up without any prior notification (luckily I was in) The fitting kit was not sent with the item , The side panels were not cut to size to fit into the frame The imprinted pattern in the upvc did not match the door and was not the pattern as shown on website No invoices were sent (I eventually got an email copy after 8 weeks after many calls and I am still waiting for the promised paper copies. A 30% refund of the total bill was agreed verbally (first mistake get every thing in writing) they then reneged on this refund and only refunded me 20% of the total before tax (I wonder if HMRC are aware of this tax that I have paid but they have kept) and that was only after many calls over 2 months. I have in real terms only been given a 16% refund - which I wouldn't have accepted Save your self the hassle and go with a reputable company Do Not Trust A Word These People Tell You!

• Clinton Half Panel

  Had the clinton half panel delivered and it was just what we wanted. Many thanks to Richard he was very helpful and explained everything we needed. Will recommend to anyone.
