• Would 100% recommend!

  As a Site Manager in the housing industry, I knew exactly what I wanted from the contractor and Craftglaze did not dissapoint! After having numerous quotes and being given the hard sale and long sales speechs from numerous companies, a friend recommended Craftglaze. I was soon supplied with an impressive quote and all the help I needed to agree on a design on my new windows. At everystage of the process, nothing was too much trouble for anyone involved and I have been left with some absolute top quality windows at a great price. They even managed to carefully remove the original stained glass, some 80 years old, clean it and encapsulate it into my new windows. I'll definately be using this company again and would recommend them to anyone who is after a proper job at the right price.

• Efficient, friendly service delivery!

  I found Craftglaze through the FENSA website - the leading body providing homeowner protection in the double glazing industry. I found the service faultless - the guys were personable, efficient and tidy and offered competitive prices. I would definately recommend using a local firm and this company are exceptional. I've noticed a huge difference in thermal comfort - indication of a job well done. Thanks again

• Very friendly & proffessional service

  I recently had Craftglaze around to give me a quote for my windows throughout my house, i was very suprised with the quotation i received as it was less than half i had been originally quoted from another company. The guys who came round to measure up were very proffessional and friendly. They even cleared all the mess up afterwards and cleaned the windows, now thats what i call service!!

  After being recommended by a friend, I asked Craftglaze to fit me a window and door. The quote they gave was extremely competitive, the quality was exceptional and the whole process from phone call to completion was very quick.   after countless quotes my friend mentioned craftglaze after having her whole house done windows and conservatory phoned them and couldnt believe our their quotes beat all others they were so good with advice and workmanship would recommend them every time thanks guys

• Quality from quote to fitting

  Recently had a door and window fitted by Craftglaze, the quality of their product and service was second to none. Their professionalism started with the quote, which beat three other major companies, and was only surpassed by craftglaze's workmanship. • Service Second To None!

  After calling Craftglaze to an emergency board up following a break in to my home, I was exceptionally pleased with their profesionalism, promptness and value for their service. I called Craftglaze at 1.40 AM and they were with me within 35 minutes, beating the police!! At the time I was distressed but on reflection the guys at Craftglaze made the situation a lot easier and were more than happy to accomodate my questions. Following my reglaze by the same guys I would just like to add " Thankyou"

• Excellent quality, service and price!

  We recently had new windows installed by Craftglaze and felt that we had to add a review because the quality of work and product along with the service and price were all unbeatable. The windows were fitted for half the price of other quotes we had, but the work done could not be beaten, even my hard to please Dad was amazed by what we'd got for the price! The service was polite, friendly and professional, and the windows were all fitted in under 2 days. The house is much quieter and warmer now, and looks a lot better than before! I can't recommend Craftglaze highly enough, and would definitely recomment to anyone wanting high quality double glazing and installation at a great price. We're just having our back door replaced by Craftglaze, and will have our patio doors and front door done by them in future.
