I thought it would take a week or two, but Midland Stairlifts came the same day to measure and quote, and actually had it made to measure and fitted within a few days. The price was very competitive, but more importantly, the engineers are great lads that you can trust to take care of your loved ones in their own home. Their customer service is absolutely first class.

    We needed a stairlift for my Mum, and the service we got from Midland Stairlifts was brilliant. A great price as well, much cheaper than the other quotes. The installation was quick and professional, and they showed my parents how to use it with patience and sympathy. I highly recommend this marvellous company to everyone.

    Re furbished stairlift with very competitive prices. Over £2000 cheaper than other quotes! Good communication, came to site as and when they specified and returned phonecalls when needed. Fitter was professional, quick and knowledgeable and the company seem to really care about the product and service they provide. Follow up call to check everything was satisfactory shows excellent customer service.
