  very good service, came at a time to suit us, compleatly cleaned are boiler and replaced the parts that needed replacing, we now have heat and hot water thanks to him, he also carried out all the safety checks. we asked him about a new combi boiler and he gave us a resonable price all in including boiler, labour and vat, will certainly be dealing with them again.

  Came out at a time suitable for me, quickly diagnosed the problem, came back next day after calling me with a quote for the part/installation, again at a time suitable for me. Very quick, boiler is working better than ever now!

  when my boiler stopped working I called several plumbers, but only city heat responded within 1 hour. They turned up, found the faulty parts, telephoned to let me know the price of the parts and replaced same. My boiler was working like normal within three hours. I would not hesitate in recommending their fantastic service to other potential customers.
