About Us

Brief description

We specialise in treating everyday aches and pains, as well as rehabilitation, such as following a sports injury or an operation. We strive to give everyone the best treatment possible, do not leave people unattended, and will try alternative treatments if the one we are doing does not show significant improvement by the third session! Alongside this we run a Pilates Studio: for beginners, a six-week course starts every month. For intermediates, we run two classes every week.

Trade Bodies / Associations

Trained with the Australian Pilates Physiotherapy Insitute. Have completed all Matwork levels, and Pilates for antenatal and postnatal ladies course.

We also sell Pilates Equipment from Foam Rollers to spiky massage balls!

Well worth the Money!

I have been attending Dani's Pilates classes for over 6 months and I can't stop raving about the benefits. I immediately feel refreshed following a class and my aches and pains dissolve to nothing! Unlike other places, Dani actually provides exercise worksheets to take away, which means that i can carry on practising at home. Dani has also helped improve my posture through physio and as a consequence I no longer suffer from neck and shoulder pains. I would highly recommend DM physiotherapy.
