  I needed storage at short notice, the staff were really helpful and stayed open after hours and helped out. The price was more than fair. I would recommend Storage King to anyone needing storage Thanks again Paul

• Awful service

  After booking a locker months in advance and even ringing the day before moving day to confirm the space, I arrived to be told "we'll put your things in with the other students". I couldn't really believe what I was hearing, and after stating that I wasn't happy about it several times and finally saying "but I booked this in April", the staff member suddenly found a locker for me, but was very reluctant to give it to me. I felt discriminated against for being a young person and a student, and feel very angry and unhappy with the service I received. The manager that I had made the booking with was very friendly and I had no problems with him. Unfortunately he was away on holiday at the time I was putting my things in storage. I will be ringing him to complain about the poor service I received.
