  Recently i had a garden wall rebuilt by ultimate maintenance and the work they produced was highly professional. The staff members are polite and they work very hard. I am pleased with the work and i would recommend this company to anyone.

  i recently decided to give my bathroom at home a touch of modernisation and was recommended ultimate maintenance by a friend. They came out promptly and provided me with a quote to re-tile my bathroom floor as requested. there rates were very competetive and there workmanship and attention to detail whilst replacing my flooring was top class.i would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody.

• Ultimate Property Maintanance

  We have used Ultimate for various projects some of them in emergency situations and others for general refurbishment. They have always reacted promptly to or enquiries, their staff are friendly, efficient and above all know what they are doing and the prices are competitive. We couldn't ask for more. Highly recommended.

• Flooring

  A few weeks ago i had problems with my lounge floor, i contacted Ultimate maintenance and they came out and put a new damp proof course down, re concreted and then put a fantastic wood floor down, all this was done with out mess and was carried out by professional builders and joiners. Fantastic work and i am now looking in to having my new kitchen done by them. Highly recommend!!

• One Company for all my works

  My Husband and I contacted Ultimate Maintenance a few weeks ago after they fitted a boiler for me last year. When fitting the boiler they said that they do all types of maintenance, so they were our first call when the roof started leaking. Within a few days of the call the scaffold had gone up and the work started. They even decorated all the render and woodwork on the outside of the house. It is so great having a company that you can call for everything. Highly Reccomended!!!

• Absolutely blinding

  One new boiler required, one delivered in style! The fitter was young and enthusiastic, paid loads of attention to detail, I really have nothing to complain about. They do more than just gas work, but if the standard of work for everything else they do is this good, give these guys a call, I'd recommend them very highly!

• Bathroom Installation

  I contacted this company as a result of some work they did for my sister and I was really pleased with my bathroom installation. I am not a typical shopper and didn't relish the thought of visiting DIY stores to chose fixtures and fittings but didn't have to as these guys did it for me. The standard of work was good,all of the workmen were pleasant and helpful and nothing too much trouble. I was put to the minimum of inconvenience whilst they were working and I didn't have to clean up after them either. I am planning to use their services again in the future and would definitely reccommend.
