Reiki, Yoga, Holistic Therapy. Susan practises Reiki in her therapy room as well as a unique service where she offers Reiki in the comfort of your home or business premises. Years of experience in Reiki and Yoga Therapy has helped Susan along her Spirtual path to help you reach contentment.

The effects of Reiki work on all levels physical, mental & spiritual. Reiki encourages the body to self heal where needed. It can be of a great release to stress and stress related physical illness. Aches and pains, tensions, anxiety, depression and insomnia are but a few of the symptoms. Toxins are also released from your system and sometimes some people feel an enormous sense of elation and well being. A full body Reiki treatment lasts for approximately one hour. The recipient lies on a couch with a light blanket over them to retain heat. It is a deeply relaxing treatment enabling the person to drift off into a dream like state or even fall into a deep sleep. The practitioner places their hand on and around the chakras "energy points" whilst focusing their universal energy onto the client. The energy will come, usually from the palms and gently go deep within you lightening up the dense energy that can sometimes be the cause of physical/emotional blockages.

    I was recommended to Susan through a friend. I was a little sceptical of the benefits of Reiki at first, but Susan made me feel completely at ease. After just a few sessions, the pain in my shoulder was much better and now it has completely gone. I found the whole experience very calming and relaxing and I would certainly recommend it.

    I went to see Susan earlier this year (with some scepticism) as I had a pain in my shoulder and neck which had got so bad that I thought I would try anything. After just 3-4 sessions with Susan, the pain got better until it gradually disappeared altogether. The Reiki sessions were an absolute pleasure, leaving me feeling calm and relaxed. I would recommend them to anyone.

    I went to Susan to help me think clearly and to relax. Trying to run a business, twins of 20 months, look after my husband and myself I feel I dont think clear and cannot relax. I have had four treatments now and the benefits are fantastic. I shall defiantly continue with a course. Susan comes across very caring and makes you feel completely relaxed.     I had a frozen shoulder which I had been getting some physio for, but nothing helped. I had 4 sessions with Susan and I couldn't believe the difference. I was pain free for the first time in months, and I am starting to get the mobility back in my shoulder. I am a converted sceptic! Helen

    My stressful job was getting me down and a friend suggested holistic therapy could help. After an hour of Reiki under Susan's incredibly calm and hypnotic presence my tension had disappeared, and my whole wellbeing felt renewed and energised. I've booked for the next 6 months!
