The Full Moon is a welcoming village pub serving traditional food using locally sourced ingredients, and well kept real ales. It is family friendly and has log fires for winter and gardens for summer
Any Specialist Products or Services? We are a Free House serving a range of Well Kept Real Ales and Supporting the Camra Locale Scheme. Our food is traditional English food including classics such as Shepherds pie, Faggots with mushy peas and Haddock and chips, all cooked using fresh locally sourced produce. We also have dishes such as Aromatic Duck Pancakes, Wild venison with Beetroot n Sqeak and Slow Roasted Shoulder of Lamb. We are proud to be a pub and welcome all walks of life and aim to have something for everyone
All our family enjoy lunch at the Full Moon - excellent food, children's menu and real ales. Plus there is a great garden for the children to play in, with a wooden fort for under 10's and a selection of toys for toddlers. We like their home made chips!!
If you are looking for wedding catering look no further than Rebecca & Will from The Full Moon Inn. Both daytime and evening food was fantastic and the service was faultless. From first contacting them through to the actual day they made everything so enjoyable and stress free. We would definitely recommend them to anyone without reservation.
A new Landlord has taken over. Major improvements have been made to the food. The only niggle was that the menu promised chips with our steaks in fact they were a version of saute potatoes
Previously used outside catering service which Rebecca and Will provided at Waggon and Horses Inn Halam ,so already knew of quality. Service, helpfulness and food quality great would definitely use them for any other outside catering events we hold.
The full Moon is everything a real pub should be - a cracking atmosphere, great food, real ale and friendly staff. We went with our kids and will definitly be back for more
