  • 5 Brilliant! Stopped me from having panic attacks

    I would definitely recommend Stephen. I went to see Steve as I had been suffering from panic attacks for nearly 20 years. All doctors would do was put me on tablets which did not help one bit and it got to the point where even leaving the house would be difficult. I took matters into my own hands and tried Steve and what can I say? Got rid of them within 6 sessions and that was nearly 3 years ago and I havnt had one since! Finally feel like a normal human being! Thanks Steven!

  • 5 Hypnotherapy

    When I needed some help with a fear of being sick, a friend suggested hypnotherapy. I found this a little daunting and I was a bit nervous. I went to see Stephen While and he reassured me by explaining exactly how he would treat me and I found hypnotherapy a great experience and a huge relief. I feel so much better in myself . I would like to recommend Stephen as a very good therapist.

    It's not an exaggeration to say that Stephen has completely changed my life for the better. Before starting work with him my whole life was following the same patterns of underachievement and I was beginning to despair that this was never going to change; seemingly nobody from my friends and family could help me put my finger on what was wrong. Stephen has helped me become the person I've always known I could be and it's an incredible feeling. He is trustworthy and realistic about the limitations of his skills and in my case was accurate about how long it might take to see results. I have no hesitation in recommending his services.

    I went to see Steve to get help with panic attacks - he treated me with great skill and fortunately I am now completely free of them. I then went back to stop smoking and this was done i just one session. I really recommend him.
