Stephen While

I would definitely recommend Stephen. I went to see Steve as I had been suffering from panic attacks for nearly 20 years. All doctors would do was put me on tablets which did not help one bit and it got to the point where even leaving the house would be difficult. I took matters into my own hands and tried Steve and what can I say? Got rid of them within 6 sessions and that was nearly 3 years ago and I havnt had one since! Finally feel like a normal human being! Thanks Steven!

When I needed some help with a fear of being sick, a friend suggested hypnotherapy. I found this a little daunting and I was a bit nervous. I went to see Stephen While and he reassured me by explaining exactly how he would treat me and I found hypnotherapy a great experience and a huge relief. I feel so much better in myself .
