    Outstanding service. The web-hosted document library that Nigel created for us solved our problem for thousands less than off-the-shelf solutions, and of course is tailored to what we need.

    The business I work for has been using Blue Canoe as ISP for a few years already, and that's how I got used to always having someone to help me out whenever my computer (or some gadget) was giving me a hard time. Only recently I registered my own url and of course Nigel is there to help me. Time after time I've been amazed with the limitless time and effort that Nigel will put in when I have some silly problem and I'm very grateful for that.

    Spam? Oh yes... I remember a time before I was lucky enough to discover Blue Canoe; a time when my PC used to get bombarded with literally dozens of unwanted e-mails every day, but for 18 months now I've had an average of less than 3 per month! It's really nice to be able to forget just how hard someone must be working in the background for you. Tech support? Oh yes... I remember my old ISP where I'd get fobbed off with some phone monkey who didn't know his DNS from his URL. With Blue Canoe I get the level of service normally only available to IT professionals in large companies. Me, I'm just a freelance photographer but my website and other online services have been evolving at a rate I couldn't have imagined, all because I get personal service and advice from someone who really cares about his customers... his name is Nigel.
