Clients are seen in very comfortable and relaxed surroundings. My aim is to IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF YOUR LIFE, and I will work with you to bring about the specific changes you require. I specialise in: smoking cessation; developing motivation to achieve weight loss; dealing with stress, panic and anxieties; and general confidence issues.
