  You completed our move for us on Wednesday 18th November in Nottingham, unfortunately my husband didn't have a pen to hand to complete the questionnaire once the move was completed, so I thought I would email my comments. I just wanted to say we were very pleased with the service. The quote you email through was prompt and easy to understand, which led to our decision to use you. On the actual day, the two men arrived on time and immediately got to work. They were cheery and pleasant and worked tirelessly all day. Nothing was too much effort for them. All in all a great service and I would recommend.

  Many people like to complain but not many like to show there appreciation on quality service, I am a retired company Director my wife died 3 years past, I live in a six bedroom house in the Park Nottingham, as you can imagine I have collated much stuff having lived here for 33 years with my wife and five wonderful children, When Gordon arrived I showed him around this took some time, because it was a very large move from Nottingham and I was moving into a 2 bed cottage. My children wanted most of the furniture and the items we had kept from when they where children, he said he will go away and do the logistics. He popped round the next evening with full logistic of the move, this took the other companies nearly a week to reply and two of them never got back to me. All Moves came out slightly more than some but Gordon’s personality and professionalism was unique, to this point i booked and the move went extremely smooth and to plan, Hope Gordon enjoyed the gift of several 60s albums I sent to him as a thank you as he is a record collector and commented on my collection (Keep the faith not many of us left)” Mr Jarvis-Manver, Nottingham

  I was at my wits end, we had exchanged contracts on the new house in Doncaster, all set to move in, when my husband had a stroke...the removals company we had arranged refused to help out with the packing – left it all to me; so, a friend recommended All Moves UK, as she had found them on their website, used them and was very complimentary with her move; so I gave them a call. They came round that day, and not only said they would help, but would supply all of the packing materials for me. The move itself went swimmingly, and when my husband came out of hospital (fortunately it was only a mild stroke), he moved straight in.   Just wanted to say thanks so much to the lads who moved us, Wayne & Richard also to Kellie & Gordon in the office you all looked after us so much, all my annoying questions were never too much trouble. I was so stressed and you made it all so easy, I never knew moving could be so easy. Thanks again will definatly use you again

  I used this company for the first time after having a bad move in the past, they were very professional from giving me the quote to my move, the lads worked late into the day and never complained and the office staff were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

  brilliant team packed moved and unpacked, great price very professional, we are glad we used a member of the guilds rather than the family run small boys who are not vat reg just shows the skill and service you receive from a guild member, we had the family firms come round don't touch not worth it if you want your goods looked after thanks Damian

  We used this company on recommendations and what a company, i have never seen special covers they used before, the team on the day full uniformed polite very friendly, my house move was so smooth they took all the stress away, Gordon and Kelly always at hand when we had a question, no wonder the win awards for customer care.

  From start to finish above any service i have ever had done, Gordon was a breath of fresh air from visit we made our minds up, the packed all our stuff in fast time and so professionally, on the day of move they arrived on time very clean lorry staff smart and all special covers Gordon had promised, there was major delay for keys and we could not unload till 4.45pm, the lads smiled till move was complete @ 10pm, as promised they put beds up for us and put all furniture where requested, the price was brilliant the service was brilliant, other companies we had round need to take a close look at there customer skills, Gordon should be training companies in customer care, as he and his teams all follow suite, plus i have never listened to staff that praise there boss great communication within the company, when Gordon popped out he brought the lads and us some food as he new we where stuff in a village, thank you for every thing. Gordon did say they are hoping for an excellence award from the Guild of Removers, do hope you get this as well deserved. John and nikki Edwalton

  i have used this company from friends of mine said they where great, totally true i spoken to Gordon several times before move, never let us down on time packed the whole house so perfect Damian and Richard new there stuff, on move day the other team turned up clean smart the lorry so clean, they used special covers for furniture, floor protectors, this was a bad day with delays for keys got them at 4.45 the lads unload reassembled beds put all furniture where it was wanted, they started at 8.30am did not finish till 10pm which they smiled and joked till the end, fantastic great brilliant thank you so much to all moves for there service, wish all companies we use for things where of high standard like all moves.
