We also offer Energy Performance Certificates to private and public sector landlords which will become a mandatory requirement on the sale or rent of all dwellings used for residential tenants from October 2008. From April 2008 we also hope to provide Display Certificates for all public buildings over 1,000m2 and EPCs for all commercial buildings over 500m2 as required by law.
