• Excellent Bridal Makeup!

  I got married on 11th April 2010 and Clare did a fantastic job of my bridal makeup. I am mixed race so I have a darker complexion and I was worried about finding a makeup artist that would find the right foundation etc for me! Clare did an absoloutly fantastic job, my skin looked flawless and she picked all of the right colours to suit my skin tone, I couldnt have been happier! Shes a lovely person and a pleasure to be around, she helped make my day extra special. I have already recommended Clare to my friends and family and plan to use her every time I have a special occasion to attend in the future!

• wonderful clare thankyou!!

  i got married aug 22nd this year, i booked clare after finding her reviews on here, she came and did a brill trial for myself and my bridesmaid, and i loved it!! she did both of our make up on the day and was ace! so calm and made me look amazing, the makeup stayed on all day and made me look flawless using some great makeup!!! i would definately recommend her, oh and she stayed and helped do my dress up too which was a godsend!!! thanks clare xxx

  I got married on the 18th April 09, Clare did my make up and made me feel so special, it was exactly what i wanted and it stayed on all day! You made us all look beautiful and feel amaing, it was also lovely to have you with us on the morning of the wedding, you helped keep the atmosphere calm and fun! I would definaltly use Clare again. • Wedding make up

  Clare was recommended to me by a friend to do my wedding make up. Clare came to my home and did a trial on me and my bridesmaids, and made us look gorgeous. I have very pale skin and didn't want to look as if I was 'plastered' in make up for my big day, but Clare made if look so natural and it lasted all day. I would recommend Clare very highly to any bride who wants a professional touch and wants to feel like a princess on their wedding day. Clare is a lovely person and listens to what you want. I have since booked Clare for other special occasions and will continue to do so in the near future. Thanks Clare your a star!!!

• Wedding make up

  I booked Clare for my wedding and was very impressed with the transformation of my goodself, bridesmaid and even the mother-in-law! I am not a great one for wearing lots of make-up, and Clare respected that. I have since booked Clare for my Christmas doo with a few colleagues. Can't wait. My trail was amazing (Going for a dramatic look). Thank you so much Clare

  Thank you so much for making me feel so special on my big day! It meant the world to me. So many of our guest commented on how beautiful I looked (Never wear much make up). Would recommend Clare for any special occasion. I have booked her for my Xmas doo to. Had a trial for a dramatic 80's look - Can't wait!!

  I got married on August 23rd this year. I booked Clare after seeing her at a wedding fayre, where she made me look glam in about 10 seconds flat. On the wedding day she made me feel so calm, she did the make up for me and my three bridesmaids. She kept us all on schedule, and I have to say made all four of us look fantastic. I'd definatley recommend Clare to any bride, or for an occasion like a Prom or ball. I can be quite self concious, and don't often wear make up, I wish I could make myself look the way Clare made me look each day!

• clare the fab make up artist

  i got married on the 27th December, an xmas wedding which i always wanted! which then turned into a nightmare sourcing people to do the various wedding stuff. After calling a large number of hair and make up artists, who either didn't work over that period or wanted to charge me double for there inconvienance! I then found Clare Newman. From the start i found her really accomodating, professional and enthusiactic! She was also the only one that didn't put their pricelist up! (Which when you working to a budget made alot of difference). We had a practice run with 2 of my bridesmaids and myself and we all looked fantastic afterwards! She listened to what we wanted and delievered perfectly on the day. I would definatley recommend her - I'm sure she would give 110% to anyone's special day like she did with mine! Thanks Clare you were a star!!! p.s the make up she used (incase anyone is wondering - as I did) was all high quality stuff - elizabeth arden, mac and even chanel to name but a few!!! no No7 present in that make up bag!

  I booked Clare to do my wedding make up after a recommendation from a friend. Clare came round to my home to do a trial first on me, my bridesmaids and my mum in law and really listened to what we wanted. I was nervous about someone else doing my makeup but Clare put me at ease and made me look fantastic. On my wedding day, Clare made me feel realy special and pampered. I've since booked Clare again for other special occassions, including going to another wedding myself.

  Clare did the make up for myself, bridesmaids and mother. The results were fantastic, and lasted all day. Clare is very talented, calm and professional in her work. I can't recommend her too highly. I have since used Clare for various special occasions and will continue to do so.
