We are the only one-2-one personal training studio in Nottingham City Centre. This means you can train with us before work, during lunch time or after work in a very private environment. No queues for machines, a highly tailored service specific to your needs with all programs carefully researched and designed. Our focus is on session quality rather than membership numbers as we don't offer memberships! We work by appointment only so there's never more than two clients training at a time. It feels like you have your own gym and you can even bring your own music!
