Launched in September 2004, and independently administered by the Barclays Bank Trust Company, it means we can ensure all customers money is protected in the event of a supplier failure. This financial protection is completely free of charge to the customer.


Unlike New rules brought in by the Association of British Travel Agents (ABTA) mean that even if customers book their Business Travel or holiday through their local ABTA travel agent, ABTA no longer guarantees the customer will get their money back should that agent go bust.
