Bamboo Retreat offers a calm atmosphere to relax & release tension, we offer a wide range of therapies to create the perfect treatment for you, choose from the following: Reiki, Reiki Massage, NO HANDS Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Indian Head Massage, Hopi Ear Candles.
I am also a qualified YogaBugs teacher, teaching yoga for children.

courses at bamboo retreat

Bamboo retreat is a great place to go to learn. Karen is an excellent tutor, I have done my reiki 1 with her,she is so patient and understanding, and immediately puts you at ease. I have not had any treatments from Karen, but would not hesitate to book in with her to find rest and relaxation. Very highly recommended
