My 3 kids ( all teenagers) and i all agree we had a brilliant day out here, yes the centre is a bit dated but we came for walking and nature not buildings and Holywood razamtaz ! although i have heard the centre will be moving to a new location soon i hope they continue to focus on the wonderful forest which is after all why people visit the area. Fantastic keep up the good work!!!!
I returned to my roots having been born in Nottingham and was aghast at the centre and its 70's style displays and the obvious lack of investment. My family and I didn't eat which meant we may have missed the best bit, in the restaurant, but apart from the walk down to Major Oak the rest left us with a feeling of being cheated even though on a week day (Friday) it was free. What an opportunity missed for what must surely be a world famous site with free publicity courtesy of Hollywood. If I didn't live in Norfolk I'd start a campaign.
