Intelligent Approaches Limited is a new business solutions consultancy operating from its regional offices in the East Midlands working primarily with the local business community to find the right skills and business solutions that can be used to improve their overall long term productivity and performance through a workforce motivated by relevant and appropriate training opportunities. Our vision “to help others to be successful” is the founding principle on which all of our business activities are based.

Management team:
Our Managing Director, Jacqueline Hurley, founded Intelligent Approaches Limited in 2006. She has been an influential and senior leading player in UK business, training and workforce development for over 10 years, directing and managing transformational skills, change management and business improvement projects and programmes totalling over £30m for global and public sector organisations.
Jacqueline has been involved in supporting the development of local and national companies since 2002 and her innovative and inspirational input has been recognised by employers and UK Governmental bodies, in particular the Department for Trade and Industry, Learning and Skills Council, Her Majesties Treasury and the Department for Education and Skills.
Her extensive knowledge of partnership working and collaboration in the East Midlands region has already secured a number of regional contracts and her in depth knowledge of market trend analysis and development of business growth is seen as vital to the forging of strategic partnerships for the future.
