• Was A Good Customer!

  Have 20+ pets, reptiles, domestic, birds, all very well looked after wich costs alot. However my money wont be going to old mill anymore as the last two times ive been in, 2 different memebers off staff were very rude to me and one insulting.. Cannot believe the custom they can afford to throw away!

  I have 3 large dogs a cat and koi fish, this is my one stop shop! Very nice staff always helpfull, If you cannot get on with these people it's you that is funny. I reccommend them on price product service everything.

  Great Staff, Great Knowledge spread between everyone... anything your not quite sure on ask the question, its like toys r us for animals - Everything under one roof (or three) not one bad word to be said about them. Horse & Dig Owner... Thanks Lisa :0DDDDD

  I believe the comment by Hannah P was crude and unfair. The Old Mill staff are helpful, kind and very polite. I have been going there for years now, and they are always happy to help when i need it. The simple fact of the matter is that Old Mill is a unique and good place to go for animal feeds.

• Great Everything

  Having used these people for over a year for many things (I breed Great Danes) I can confidently say that are brilliant people there. Bret and his wife are ALWAYS willing to help and have looked after me regardless of size of purchase. I was moved to write this because of the previous review which I felt was unfair. A retailer cannot be expected to find a good food for a dog with so many available. It is up to the owner to find out about nutrition for their dog. If a vet cannot offer specific canine dog food how can you expect a retailer to do so?
