  Had better washes from a sainsbury's car wash....said the dirt left on the roof and bonnet was sap and needed t cutting. took it home and washed it off myself with shampoo and sponge. Just as well only paid half price with groupon. won't use again.

• Could not care less

  I booked a journey to EMA from this firm . The details were confirmed at the time but I ws let down as the taxi did not turn up. The office phone was not manned so I ended up getting another taxi at short notice. Their response is appaling, no explanation, no refund as yet, although a refund was posted to me over a week ago!!!!. Now they will not even respond to my emails.

• Could of done better myself

  Picked my car up after a `mini valet' bodywork looked clean but on closer inspection, wheel covers were still dirty in places, there were smears on both side windows and the back seat mats were swimming with water and I had to dry the boot out as well. Interior plastics had not been cleaned properley either, wish I'd saved my money and done a better job myself. I won't be revisiting this place again!
