  Most helpful and patient with good advice given in a warm and friendly manner. Didn't charge initial fees for visit and helped a lot sorting out our affairs. We are very happy with the service and level of attention and would happily recommend to others.

  John Ward, the adviser that we dealt with could not have done more to help us. Everything was clear and very well explained. He took the time to make shure that everything that we wanted to know about was covered. Also because he was independent he looked at all the companies and showed us a review of all the differences in prices. Can't be fairer than that. We are very happy to recommend.
