  • 10 Magic Touch

    Our dodgy old Protherm boiler has given us constant trouble, and we had resigned ourselves to shelling out ££££ for a whole new system. Protherm seem to be a notoriously bad make and many plumbers won't have anything to do with them. Darryl has twice been able to nurse it back to full function only charging for his time, while other plumbers we have called have merely shaken their heads and started listing prices for new ones. I always feel with plumbing that I am at the mercy of the trader- if somebody tells me I am in need of a part costing hundreds of pounds, I am in no position to quibble with their evaluation. Therefore it is a great relief to have found somebody who is skilled, personable and trustworthy and I will certainly be calling him for all our future work.

  • 10 Powerflush

    we were having problems with several radiators not working in our bungalow. We were given Darryl's number from a friend and he came to assess the situation. Darryl advised us that our system was full of sludge and needed cleaning out. We had the system power flushed at a fraction of the cost British Gas quoted, and I'm pleased to say all the radiators are now red hot. It's good to know a reliable plumber !

    I had Blake Plumbing & Heating fit a new boiler for me last week. I found Darryl to be honest, reliable and the quality of work was great. He explained all aspects of the new installation to me and made some good suggestions on how to save energy.
