  We recently had our entire personal furniture shipped from America back to the UK and had considerable damages on our 2 fabric sofas and our bedside table. We were resigned to the fact that they would need replacing but then Mike and Raven turned up at our door... Within 25 minutes they had worked their magic on our fabric sofas and completely repaired to an really high quality. The damage was severe and they completely fixed it in such a short time. The bedside table was massively scratched beyond repair (or so we thought). They took it away and completely restored it to near new quality in a couple of days. Best of all they picked up everything and dropped everything off to my door. Their appointments were very precise, they always turned up when they said they would and they were polite, courteous and really seemd to have a love of what they are doing for people. I cannot recommend them enough. If you have any doubts about using their service - take it from me - these guys are seriously good at what they do - I'm keeping their number and circulating it around my friends and family as I think so much of their high quality work. As the title at the top says - 'Highly Recommended'.

• Outstanding service

  After being held in storage for over 12 months our dining table had serious damage whereby the ends had fallen due to weight being borne by the end dovetails. Attempts to employ a London based company to address the problem failed as 2 companies either failed to return calls or simply didn't do what they said they would. So to find Premier willing to take on the required work, and collect and return the expertly corrected table from/to London (they're in Mansfield!) was remarkable. Well priced, speedy, and courteous, the work is of a very high standard and I don't hesitate to recommend the company unreservedly. Thanks to Mike and Raven for thier work.
