About Us

Time looking in the wrong areas can give the whole move a very negative feel, not to mention fraying nerves and tempers. We have a wealth of experience in our area, and have a built up an admirable list of contacts in associated industries. We can cut out all the unnecessary aspects for you, so you can focus on the right properties, in a suitable area for your needs and aspirations. We can also arrange long term furniture hire for clients who are not prepared to bring their own furnishing with them for whatever reason.

At Your Service has been providing relocation services to both corporate and private individuals since 1997, covering Nottingham, Derby, Leicester and Lincoln. We are independent of estate agents, and after receiving a brief from our client, will research the local area for the most suitable properties, eventually producing an itinerary of viewing appointments, to which we will accompany the client. We strive to make this a pleasant and informative day out, with as little stress as possible. Orientation of the area is also included in our time out, making sure that our client is fully aware of surroundings and amenities. For overseas clients, we make sure that all the little things which are so important are also covered, such as how the car parks work, how to open a bank account, cost of living, etc. We are also very experienced in school search, tying in with the homesearch, and will make appointments at educational establishments and nurseries, to which we will also accompany the client. We are happy to provide support for the spouse of the client, whether for employment or just general orientation. Once a property has been chosen we can then negotiate the price, check on documentation and follow up proceedings until finalised. Then on moving in, check that everything is fine, and do the inventory if a rental property. In this case, we would also do the checking out inventory at the end of the tenancy.
