I bought a mirror and it was cracked. I went to the showroom, they replaced it for another one. Top service. What more could you ask for?
I don't know what the company was like before as most of the posts are from 2008/2009 but their customer service is great now. Emailed answered quick, phone calls answered, and yes I had a problem but it was resolved without any issues and I now have a lovely table and 6 chairs which look great. The website has changed too. The whole company has improved a lot from 2 years ago when I ordered a bespoke sideboard. Well done!
I too had problems with Harreds Int. The table split - they didn't help. I found this thread and eventually spoke to them and after a while they repaid me the money I'd paid. The old company was wound up and they didn't have to repay but did. So as I said earlier thank you.
I ordered 4 chests of drawers from them ..........knew the price looked to good to be true. I received a call from them stating that the price advertised on the website & on my order was wrong & that they would not fulfill my order at that price!!!! Instead of the £150 discount I recieved online they were offering just £10!!!!! Crooks!

Supplied 2, two legged chairs as part of my order. Almost impossible to contact by phone and when you do the result is zero. 2 letters and three months later and the whole fiasco is in the hands of trading standards. Avoid at all costs.

I bought an oak table from them that has serious faults. They said they would contact me but they haven't. Four months now and they won't even answer the phone.
