Disgusted!!!

I paid £243 in April for a Pentacle Pendant of which I am still awaiting delivery, despite numerous emails to this company, I have had no reply, I have requested a refund but no-one is getting back to me. I am a working mother of two children who saved for this treat and am so upset and disappointed that fellow pagans have treated me this way. I am taking this matter further.

Lovely People!

I have shopped in both Elementalz Mansfield and Elementalz in Sutton in Ashfield - the guys that run the shop are always friendly and will always try to answer your questions - when I am in town I love to go in and have 10 minutes with them - and the thing I like is that they have a very up-beat attitude and always use their manners!
