Messed messed messed about!

Frankly this lettings agency have allowed me to spend 2.5 hours of my life waiting outside apartments to be shown around. Either the receptionist is so incompetent she cannot make a booking, or the manager of the company does not know her backside from her elbow. (She doesnt even ring you back when you ask) To top off my ordeal with this agency, they have gone back on their word about how much the flat is to rent... surely a part term letting £350 for 3 - 6 months should not be suddenly £450 for 6 months... is this false advertising? My advice would be to stear clear of this agency, they are unprofessional,incompetent and rude.
