  Just moved to Nottingham and booked a consultation with Seven Dental upon reading some good reviews online. I am not new to dental clinics as I had dental braces for 3 yrs and other general treatments and always felt at ease with my previous dentists. I went for two visits - first was the consultation and the dentist I've seen doesn't seem to be sure about what to do and kept on saying it's complex and kept on murmuring under his breath so the explanation of what he's saying or wants to do is very unclear. On my 2nd visit he polished and scale my teeth but he was very rough that my top gum was cut a bit and was sore for 2 days. I am never going back because of this as I don't feel confident that I my treatment will be good of course this is just based on the dentist who's seen me but that's enough for me.

• A refreshing change for a local NHS dental clinic

  I visited 7 dental clinic recently and I was so pleasently suprised at the clinic itself. I was welcomed friendly yet professionally. The dentist whom I saw was kind and gentle, explained everything thoroughly. I will defo be reccommending this clinic to family and friends - as this clinic looks and feels like a private clinic, but is NHS! Brilliant! Well done - great team

• excellent service, simple great

  everyone very helpful, i had mixed nhs and private treatment, had excellent bleaching done, given me so much confidence. very very good service, dont think i could find a better dentist.

• Great Dentist

  I went to 7 Dental, it looks good from the outside and is open, clean and spacious on the inside. My friend recommened that I go there and see Dr Cristina, see's the best!!! Love her, she made me feel so comportable. She also has a sexy voice, i think she's from south america :-p

• Just Terrible

  Poor workmanship. They don't correct the bite or retain the spacing between the teeth properly when filling. Rough, jagged edges are left. The need for a half crown was misdiagnosed so the remaining tooth was left falling down at the side. They overlooked other gaps which needed filling as a preventative measure, writing them off as discolouration. Also had one filling which came out 3 times in 2 months, even though I'd followed instructions about keeping it dry for a few hours after work. Also the need to return for multiple sessions (10/15 minute blocks at a time) was very annoying, as I had to get the time off work. I have since gone to another dentist to correct the bad work that was done at this practice (by 3 different dentists). I had a good dentist when I joined, but he left 4 years ago.

• poor service

  constantly ripped off I was charged £250 for a very poor quaity crown that did not have the correct bite so the dentist drilled it to provide a better bite -then expressed surprise at my discontent!

• Very Bad Service

  Waiting to be referred for wisdom teeth extraction. Was referred once but not contacted at all to be told this. Contacted Seven again in agony and have been told countless times that the lady who deals with referrals is not in and will call me back. Never happens. When going into the office to ask, simply told by reception staff (who speak very little English) that i need to book in and pay for another appointment which i don't. Have been trying to resolve this issue for 4 months now. My strong advice would be to not use this dental practice.

• Excellent

  Since being excluded by my previous NHS dentist I have been going to Seven and have had nothing but first class treatment and service. Although my new dentist is Polish I have understood virtually every word she says and any I don't she is happy to clarify.

• no pain at all

  I've always had lots of pain from needles and treatment in the past - but finally I found 7 dentistry and Ms Larissa. Calm and professional. Great stuff
