• Cricket top query "Bought in June 08"

  I bought a one day international top for my son back in june 08 for the test series at Lords agains South Africa. I have rang "World Cricket Store" and the service was no longer available. Does anyone know anything about this company? I am now starting to wonder if they have gone under and if we will ever get our money back. Regards Mr Lee Oxford

  Same as above complaint - there has been no correspondance from this company regarding the stuff I have ordered.They need to look at their customer service policies.

  This comment is ONLY about the LACK OF RESPONSE from the customer service staff of this store. I have no intention to tarnish the name of a reputed dealer. "World Cricket Store guarantees that a response will be sent to any query within 24 hours of receiving your E-Mail. To ensure your query is dealt with immediately, please use the correct E-Mail address". I am an overseas customer and the words above is what made me confident to place orders with them. I made two orders for leg guards and then wanted to change one order to a different size. I e-mailed at least 8 times without any sort of response from them. Then I called them up during business hours and the calls always went to the answering machine. I requested them for information (very politely) but till now they have not responded. I don't know whether my request has been accepted. All I know is that I have been charged for the two items. Now I am waiting to see what they have sent.
