• Fantastic Service

  I recently had a New Bathroom and Kitchen, which were manufactured and installed by Impressions. I would just like to say Thanks for a job well done, from the start nothing was too much trouble, the designers came up with a brilllant design, all my friends and neighbours love it. Everyone was so patient with me as I just could not make my mind up on the choice of tiles etc but that wasen't a problem as Anthony and Gail were on hand to assist me. The fitters well you couldn't ask for nicer lads, and they cleaned up after themselves which is very unusual these days. Overall I wouldn't go any where else, and wish to congraulate them on there sucess. THANKS EVERYONE.

• 'Impressive'!

  I had my kitchen from impressions as well as my ensuite bathroom. The quality of the service, knowledge of the products and honesty in their advice is second to none in my experience. Personal and attentive service at all stages. Thoroughly recommended.

  After reading this review made by Mr Javes, we feel we would like to set the record straight on this matter. This Kitchen was sold as a ' supply only ' and as such, whilest we were happy to provide after sales customer service, Impressions were not prepared to be at Mr Javes beck and call every time his builder encountered a fitting problem. We received many calls during the fitting of this Kitchen from both Mr Javes and his builder, asking many questions a competent fitter would not need to ask. The final straw was when we were asked to go out and template for glass splashbacks which is part of the fitters remit not the company selling on a supply only basis. As we explained at the time had Mr Javes opted to have the kitchen fitted by our personal in-house fitters these problems would never have occurred. The service we provide at Impressions is second to none and we have many testimonials from satisfied customers

• Appalling after sales service.

  My wife and I recently purchased a new kitchen from this company (Impressions). The project manager came out to view our property and we were given a quote for our dream kitchen. The quote given was on the high side and we decided to shop around. My wife had fallen in love with the kitchen from Impressions and so we decided to purchase the kitchen from them and contract the fitting to a third party. The kitchen was fitted by a wonderful builder who has done a fabulous job. On numerous occasions we had to contact Impressions regarding various issues with the kitchen and it became very clear that they had little or no time for us as customers. I eventually asked to speak with the owner of the company as I was unhappy with the customer service provided by the staff. However, Gail Taylor (the Owner) also gave me the impression that once she had my cash (in full) she was no longer interested in any form of customer service. This has left a very bitter taste in my mouth as we as customers have spent an awful lot of out hard earned money with this company. All I can say is please shop around before thinking of using this company and the customer service is very very poor!!
