  I went to get connected to get my iphone LCD replaced,they charged me £110 and returned it to me dead saying battery must be dead so take it home put it on charge and all will be ok but 48 hours later no joy so when i went back they refused to acknowlede that they destroyed my phone ,i lost all my money and advise anyone who goes to get connected to not leave the conning shop until they have checked their phones as these are a very dodgy shop indeed and i regret using them and i strongly advise anyone not to go there but there is a good shop opposite the asda petrol station which is totally proffesional by the name of PHONE REPAIR WORLD who fixed the damage done by Get connected for £45 which i should have gone to in the first place.

  Hiya,my names polly and i am not all too clever with techology,my nokia wasnt working right so i took it to this shop GET CONNECTED,they charged me 40 pounds and it still wasnt fixed and rudely frightened me out of the shop with techno jargon ,i went up the road to another shop called phone repair world and told them of my dilemma and within ten mins they told me it was my battery and sold me one for only a fiver and my phones been fine since,when i went back to get a refund for paying 40 pounds for nothing the man at get connected got very nasty so iv had to report get connected to TRADING STANDARDS and am awaiting their findings

  This shop is not to be trusted as he told me my phone cant be unlocked therefore nobody else can do it but i walked up the road to phone repair world and they unlocked in in minutes for a fraction of the price so be careful as get connected is a cheater and that is my opinion,trust it at you own peril and i noticed he cant do the hard fones that i required to have unlocked plus my friend had to call the police after he pinched parts out of his nokia so now i wont trust get connected ever, regards Ricky
