  went to this salon for the second time today after receiving a email from them promoting 50% of all hair and beauty. The first time i went wasn't to bad had a cut and fringe colour for £38 second time i went for the same hair done they did my fringe the right colour but wrong length and then without asking started to do the rest of my hair a different colour also had eyebrows waxed WHAT A MESS one is nice and thin and the other is a disaster its shorter very thicker and a whacking big gap in the middle of it . Then they had the cheek to try and charge me £48 for it and it should of been £22 as the hair and colour should of been half price at £19 and £3 for the eyebrows so now got months of summer going out with with a hood up and fringe down thanks to this salon

  I am a regular client at casa. They are very professional and friendly and offer an excellent service. They have great customer service and I am always offered a drink. It is great that I can have a pedicure while the colour is on my hair. It is so relaxing you could fall asleep. I would recommend you trying them

• Waxing Treatment

  Booked in Casa for some waxing. Allthough I was nervous, the staff made me feel at ease, I was even given a beer! Professional and friendly staff. Great local salon, as not many salons offering these male treatments.

  The best hair and beauty I have visited - fabulous staff in a warm friendly atmosphere. Excellent therapists, courtesous and professional in everyway. Highly recommended.

  As a client i can guareentee that this salon is the best in Nottingham for treatments, drinking wine during a manicure was a pleasant experience in its self. The hair style i recieved was the best ive ever had as the stylist were honest and professional. The salon is welcoming and enjoyable.
