    We have been using Gail Dandy for about 5 years for over 100 events at the Hockerton Housing Project. These include business lunches and workshop type events, ranging from small groups of about 10 up to 50. In all this time, Gail Dandy has never failed to meet a proposed date, always been timely, shown great flexibility about specific dietary or our requirements, and all this with a smile, despite having to face the challenge of our 'potted' road! Most importantly our visitors are nothing but impressed by the quality of food, often commenting unprompted. The following is a typical comment - "I was feeling very weak by the time we did get lunch! It was worth the wait though as it was fantastic." Finally, we value very highly Gail's efforts to source organic and local food, which fits in very well with our business ethos.

Gail Dandy Catering is a family run business which has been providing catering services in Nottinghamshire for over fourteen years. We offer a bespoke catering service using the finest ingredients, aiming to use locally sourced products when possible to create delicious, rustic, home-made food. We use only fresh local and Organic produce. We support local farms and Fairtrade products. Gail herself will see you from the discussion of menus right to being there on the day of your event. We provide a range of sample menus to meet your requirments and are always happy to do a bespoke menu to suit your event.
