About Us

Basically, like any psychotherapists, we deal with problems of the mind. Some of these are due to conscious thought processes which have, for whatever reason, become distorted or illogical, and some of these may be the result of unconscious, or subconscious, thought processes which control our automatic feelings and behaviour. Our aim is to determine the cause of the problem and to discuss and agree with the client the best way forward. We offer a FREE INITIAL CONSULTATION for this purpose.

We are a small, but busy, practice with the emphasis on informality. We offer hours to suit most people (including Saturdays) and we will always try to be as flexible as possible.

Future Services:

We are currently in discussion with two major companies in Nottingham with a view to setting up corporate Stress Management and Stop Smoking programmes.
