  We have used Firecrest ever since their inception - intially for fire extinguisher test and maintenance but have now included our all our PA testing including site based equipment/ Office Emergency light testing and maintenance. We find Firecrest are, above all competent, and are also a reliable, flexible, trustworthy company who are competitively priced. If value for money is your overriding requirement rather than lowest possible price then we recommend you provide Firecrest the opportunity to prove themselves to you.

  I have been dealing with the staff at Firecrest UK LTD for many years now. In my role as Depots Manager for Balfour Beatty Rail I need a Professional team that are approachable knowledgeable and most of all safe. Firecrest UK LTD provides all the facilities that I require at my Depots including “PAT” Testing, recharging of Fire extinguishers and IMMIDATE support for my staff at the depots when they have a problem with the system. Ian and his team cover Essex, Kent, Surrey, Peterbourgh and many surrounding Depots for me providing a truly professional service. The thing that I like best about Firecrest UK LTD is if I have a serious problem I want it addressed now. Not in 5-7 days time, also if you phone them and on the very rare occasion they don’t answer the phone, they will call you back as soon as possible generally within the hour. • Great customer service

  We were being charged £800.00 per year for our fire extinguishers service by a large company. We called Firecrest who now only charge us £200.00 per year. For less than we were charged by the other company for the fire extinguishers, we get our extinguishers serviced, our Alarm serviced & our Pat testing done.
