  A great place. They first helped with a very elderly stray we took in. When he sadly had to be put to sleep we decided to give a home to another cat in need. Meant to chose a quiet elderly pet but fell in love with one of their delightful kittens. All the cats are extremely well and lovingly cared for. We were given as much time as we needed to choose & told we could always return the cat if it didn't work out - luckily he has settled wonderfully. Also staff are very helpful with advice & follow up.

  I got my 1st cat Dottie aka: Marge. Last Saturday and what a delight she is, Kirkby cat home were excellent from the word go I emailed to explain I wanted a cat that good with dogs and they recommended me 2. They are very kind and helpful people I deffinatly recommend a rescue cat all the way as they deserve a 2nd chance and I could never buy a pedigree when cats are in despret need for homes......:-)

  I got a cat (jazz) from kirkby cats home yesterday. I would deffo get another cat from there. I wanted to take them all home. They are all very well taken care of and looked after..

  i was looking for a young cat so went to kirby cats home, they didnt have any but this lovely black 6yr old came to us so we took her home. the woman there was very helpful - thankyou

  We recently brought home two cats from Kirkby Cat Home and found the man that runs it very helpful, our cats were very well taken care of, lovely natured and fit and healthy, they were also neutured, spayed, microchipped etc. We also received a voucher towards some food that they were used to eating. I would also definately use Kirkby again if we were adding to our cat family, would highly recommend.

  I got Roxy from there earlier this year & I agree with the review above - the cats are obviously well cared for, she was in perfect health & had been spayed, microchipped etc. I have on several occassions e-mailed to let them know how she's getting on & have always had prompt responses. Would definitely use again to rehome an unwanted animal rather than buy a kitten.

  collected cat from kirkby cats home yesterday, all the cats are obviously well cared for, all the pens were clean and well maintained, have brought home a beautiful cat who is extremely loving and also fit and healthy, he had been neutered, immunised and micro chipped also fantastic service

  I wanted a cat and didn't know where to get one from, i phoned 118 247 and was directed to kirkby cat home. the man i spoke to really helped me and i was very happy to take my cat Tasha away home with me. she has been the best thing in my life so far and iam really happy with the help and advice i got. i can still get support now. i would use them again if i needed advice or if i wanted to take another cat on board. the service could not be any better as it was good enough.
