Thanks for helping!!!
After my computer crashed and I thought I had lost everything all my holiday photos and work, I was in a complete panic. So I rang NCRC they came to my house to collect the computer. Within 2 or 3 hours they rang me to say my data was safe. The problem was I had a virus. They were extremely helpful, and sympathetic, reassuring me everything will be ok. The next day my pc was returned all my work safe. Were I had gone wrong was not having a good anti-virus. I must say that I found the staff at NCRC to be very helpful and confident.
