• Aerialforce are rip-off artist Avoid

  This is the worst company I have ever used. Do not use aerialforce, they are rip-off artists. I had an engineer out yesterday to look at my dish. He went and had a look, then came back saying it was the LNB, when I went outside he'd already changed. He then says it’s a bit expensive. £155 plus vat, plus £69 for ten minutes work. Their website says the call out will cost £69, it ended up costing me £240. I really only got suspicious because the engineer didn't stop talking a load of old bull. I asked him for the old LNB, he said he couldn't give it back because they need it for recycling, I told him it was mine, that is my choice. He reluctantly got me the old LNB. I then discovered he'd actually snapped it off. He was acting very dodgy, tried to tell me my LNB was 12 years old, well I only had it put in last year. I called Trading Standards and reported the company, I Google 'Arialforce review" and found that they make a habit of changing LNB's and charging extortionate prices. They have been reported to trading standards a few times before too. But it was when I found out my LNB was worth only £10 that really shocked me. Please don't make the mistake of being taken in by their flashy website and pictures of painted vans with tradesmen standing proudly in front of them. They are just out to exploit trusting Joe Blogs who doesn’t realise thieves nowadays can steal your money via registered companies + VAT. AVOID Aerialforce unless you want to get ripped off. I hope they go under.
