  dont even consider these if your wanting any sort of aftercare with your purchase. i bought a single pent garage back in feb/march 2008 and was happy with their communication then (when they were wanting my money of me) they came installed and left within 3 hours and i was happy with their work....... untill in august the up and over door wires came off the rollers and wrapped tightly around the spring roller bar stopping the door from moving from the fully open posistion! not a problem i thought it was 9.30am on a wednesday morning so i called them to arrange for someone to come out to fix it (as it comes with a 10yr gaurentee) only to be told the man who fixes the doors was on holiday and wont be back for 2 weeks! after informing them that was unacceptable as the door was fully open and will not close i was told there was nothing they could do untill the man was back off holiday. i asked to speak to the manager but was told he only worked mon/wed and fridays i left a message for him to call me when he was in before 12 pm. friday came 1pm-2pm still no return call? i called again only to be told he had been in but gone out on a site visit and wont be back till monday, again i left a message for him to call...... guess what? no call...!!!! again i phoned " he's on holiday" i was told? called back next day "he's out on a site visit" by now i was getting very angry! as it was me making all the calls to beeston. this went on for 2 weeks still couldnt speak to the manager!!! so i contacted hoorman who supply the doors to beeston garages and spoke to the area rep who said he would try to get in touch with beeston and sort it out.... guess what no call back!!! from either hoorman or beeston garages. finally after calling more than 17 times i told them that if i dont get a reply by 4pm that day i will be contacting trading standards and the local press where they advertise to complain and would be seeking a full refund for the whole garage as it was not fit for the purpose it was sold to me ( i know my rights! ) and guess what? phone call back within 2 hours and an appointment made. dont even consider these for your new garage as their customer service is terrible!
