    Foul and rude reception staff !! I will never ever spend a night here again, Mecca much more friendly and helpful. Management really need to check their staff's ability to offer a decent customer service!!

    What a HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE place! The reception staff are rude, ignorant and most unhelpful and when you get in it's no better. I wouldn't recommend a night out here, it's really awful! There's so many other good nights out in Nottingham don't waste your time going here!!!
