• Great Delivery - No Phones answered

  I ordered this on the tuesday evening (5pm), did not receive a confirmation till wednesday morning, although immediatley after confirmation I received an email stating it was shipped, received 9am thursday morning The only downside was no one answered the phones when I called to confirm that it had been received given I had not received confirmation. Overall I would rate them very well, I received the goods as quickly as you could realistically expect and no issues. (havent fitted it yet!)

• Excellent service

  Bought a detachable towbar and electrics from them, Very helpful in advising how to fit myself. Very good price and delivered to door. Couldn't fault them.

• Do Not Buy

  Bought from them in August, never received my items, and did not answer my e-mails, been nearly three months now, I am currently going from the court system to get my money back. It appears that they are no longer at the address that appeared on their invoice and according to companies house the company has been dissolved.

• Pathetic Service

  The service recieved from Just tow has been abysmal. I initialy chose them due to the low price quoted but after 3 weeks have still to recieve the parts I ordered. I have contacted them several time by phone and e-mail but recieve no response. I have also left several message on their system but no call backs yet. I have requested that the money I have paid is refunded but they are again not forthcoming. I would be very wary of ordering from Just tow. They may quote low prices but thats not worth anything if you dont get the parts.
