ordered �£300 worth of spares from this joke of a company 4 weeks ago, took my money and have never seen the trailer parts. numerous phonecalls to them , " going to be with you on friday", they said, NEVER ARRIVED TO THIS DAY. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR MONEY !!!

awful service, waited 6 weeks for wheels that are never going to arrive, company had the audacity to take payment for wheels they didnt even have in stock. have been told every week for a month that the wheels are "coming on friday definately" only to find they havent sent them. I have raised a dispute with paypal, and RPH have now gone very quiet and are not responding to emails, if your a first time purchaser from RPH, go elsewhere!
