CIC Ltd Counselling and Training Service

CIC Ltd. is a professional, confidential and friendly counselling service who provide a welcoming environment. The fees are very affordable and they were able to see me straight away, unlike the 18 month waiting list currently offered by the NHS via a GP! The "integrated" counselling means that they don't just stick to one sort of counselling - they tailor the process to your needs (dare I say it again, oh alright - unlike the NHS who only offer Cognitive Behavioural Therapy!). Following a death in my family, I had been having alot of sleepless nights and low moods and didn't know how to cope with how I was feeling - I had lost my smile. A friend suggested that perhaps I should speak to a counsellor and recommended CIC Ltd. to me. I was not sure what to expect from counselling and I felt a little uneasy at first. My initial assessment was FREE and the counselling process was explained to me, which really put me at ease. Thanks to some misconception of mine, I had thought that counselling was really for serious mental illness. It turns out its really about personal growth and development. I'm dealing with my grief and loss now, with the skilled support of my counsellor. I still have the odd difficult day or disturbed night, but I have begun to develop and implement new coping techniques which I am already feeling the benefits of. My confidence is growing and although I am taking small steps, the gradual changes I'm making are definitely allowing me to see that I can deal with whatever life throws at me. I would highly recommend CIC to anyone considering counselling - especially if they are, (like I was!) financially stretched or worried about what counselling is really all about. If I were to suggest any improvement, it would be to suggest that the wonderful work done by CIC gets the recognition it deserves.

Foxhall Business Centre is an excellent venue for meetings and confrences. Many people use this facility everyday for all there business requirements. The serviced offices are of excellent standards and the staff here are friendly and helpful at all times. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone to use this building for a meeting or to rent office space. Its located 5 minutes from the city centre and has all faciltys required with in a 5 min walk or a short drive.
