Dr Dinesh Maini qualified at the University of Leicester in 1991, and after working in a number of specialist fields, trained to become a General Practitioner in Nottingham.
He took over the practice at 266 Derby Road, Lenton, in 1997, and in 2004 opened Nottingham Laser Clinic from the same premises. He now practices private cosmetic treatments alongside a busy NHS general practice.

We offer a number of treatments that our competitors do but the technology and service that we provide is unique to our clinic. We have been featured on Television (BBC1,ITV), BBC Radio and many leading magazines. Our clinic is based within a medical centre which provides a range of GP services.

Nottingham Laser Clinic is a doctor led clinic based in Nottingham. We offer a range of non-surgical and surgical treatments. The laser treatments include: Smartlipo for fat reduction, Skin Rejuvenation,Hair Reduction, Acne/Acne Scarring, Facial and Leg Vein Removal. We also offer injectables for fine lines and wrinkles. We were the first clinic in the Midlands to acquire the Radiolase technology to remove moles,warts and other skin lesions safely with minimal bleeding and scarring. We were also the first to acquire the Smartlipo laser and this dissolves up to 500mls of fat in 1 session.

Advanced Lipo

Lost my love handles in 2 hours. Much quicker than the Gym!! The girls are fantastic, they make you feel so welcome. The doctors and nurses are pretty good too.
