I was disappointed with the service. I ordered a portable air conditioning unit and contacted Alert Electrical support before ordering. They indicated that the item was sent by the supplier directly and confirmed that it was in stock. I placed an order immediately and received an email shortly afterwards indicating that the item had been shipped. Two days later, I received another email from Alert Electrical to say that the supplier was out of stock. Now this may actually be a problem with their supplier but the responsibility for not providing misleading information around stock and items being shipped lies with Alert.

Purchased a electronic fly killer it was faulty when it arrived I phoned alert elec. got know offer of help other then return goods at my expense. This I did and waited one month for a refund leaving me out of pocket by over £17. for return postage. Never again
