Bad service

I ordered and paid for an Elnor Storage rad on the 15th of August its now the 4th of August and still waiting NOT GOOD I shan't be recommending Alert

They don't want to know if things go wrong

I ordered 9 fluorescent lamps and paid for 9. The package contained 8. 3 emails later and no response from them at all... I now need 9 more lamps and lampholders, so I'm ordering them from someone else!

faulty goods

Purchased a electronic fly killer it was faulty when it arrived I phoned alert elec. got know offer of help other then return goods at my expense. This I did and waited one month for a refund leaving me out of pocket by over �£17. for return postage. Never again
